Fuserashi International Technology Inc. (F.I.T.) is a fast-growing, innovative company looking to hire hard-working, team-oriented individuals. We run two core shifts starting at 6:30 a.m. and ending at 11:45 p.m.
Our organization has experienced tremendous growth, allowing for additional career advancement opportunities for our associates. We strive to cross-train all team members in multiple areas and disciplines, which creates a broader range of skill development.
Our parent company, and its founding family, had a close working relationship with another manufacturer in Medina County. With their help, as well as Medina County Economic Development Corporation’s assistance, our founders determined Medina County was a great place to establish a new facility.
We seek someone with a high level of attention to detail and ability to produce products and/or deliverables of the highest quality. We aim to hire well-rounded and disciplined individuals. We desire someone who can meet our safety, attendance and cleanliness standards. Our associates need to both value and practice teamwork daily.
It takes every single person, at every level of the organization, to participate daily in cleaning and organizing activities. Everyone contributes, not only in their work areas, but in overall up-keep of our production floor.
Most associates work with us through a local agency for the first 90 days. Benefits begin immediately once a team member is on F.I.T.’s payroll.
Yes. Our global organization spans four countries and we are the face of the entire Western Hemisphere for Fuserashi group.
Yes, this is true. It is both a corporate standard, and one our customers’ rightfully demand. We take our commitment to quality very seriously.
We mostly work with agencies for hiring. We prefer to payroll through our partners for a minimum of the first 90 days, allowing both parties to get to know one another and assess, on all performance levels and skill factors, if the relationship is the right fit for the position.
